As Cal alumni, Ninh went on to Google before becoming the recruiting executive at HireTeamMate where he led all the business operations that placed hundreds in a year before helping found Hiretual.

Simon specializes in innovation and strategy within Talent Acquisition, focusing on the interaction of technology and people. Simon demystifies technological advances to provide simple-to-implement approaches to recruitment processes and talent sourcing.

In his time as Innovation Manager for Deloitte and Chief Innovation Officer APAC for Allegis Global Solutions, Simon honed his Design Thinking skills and he has trained one on one with Professors from Insead, Stanford and UC Berkeley. He is also a member of the Sydney Digital Disruption Research Group and spent 2 years assessing startups for inclusion in the TalentTech Labs incubator based out of New York. Simon now runs his own consultancy, Twelve2.

JOSIAH WHITE

Josiah White is currently studying at Immanuel College in Adelaide, Australia. He possesses a keen interest in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and researches their real-world applications, as well as the benefits and impact AI and ML provides in industries such as business and recruiting. Through reporting on these topics, he hopes to help in educating others, and himself, on this new frontier of technology.
