Ninh Tran
Founding Member

Ninh is the Founding Member of Hiretual, a Recruiter’s Best Friend that's built by recruiters for recruiters. Ninh is also a SourceCon, ERE Media, and Recruiter.com author, and has spoken on various subjects such as “Sourcing AI and the Future of Recruiting” and “Proactive Talent Pipelining” at UC Berkeley, Stanford, and global recruiting conferences. As Cal alumni, Ninh went on to Google before becoming the recruiting executive at HireTeamMate where he led all the business operations that placed hundreds in a year before helping found Hiretual.

Bryce Murray
Managing Director at Talent Acquisition Group
Bryce is Managing Director of Talent Acquisition Group, a consultancy that helps organizations acquire the very best talent.

Over the course of his career, Bryce has helped leading consumer brands like Waymo, Disney, Red Bull, and JCPenny build or refine their talent acquisition capabilities. His responsibilities encompassed the “full talent acquisition stack” - executive search, professional staffing, high volume recruitment, campus recruitment, contingent workforce solutions, branding, talent acquisition technology, and talent acquisition training & development.

In addition to in-house talent acquisition leadership, Bryce spent several years building and growing agency recruiting businesses. He has worked across a myriad of industries including media & entertainment, technology, consumer packaged goods, and retail to recruit talent from the board to individual contributor level for clients ranging from seed stage startups to large enterprises.

Bryce holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Bioengineering: Bioinformatics from the University of California, San Diego and was selected as a National Collegiate Scholar.
Noelle Hunt Bennett
Manager of Program Management, CTA PMO at Amazon Worldwide Consumer
Noelle has been in Employment Law/HR/Recruiting roles at a variety of local and international organizations - focusing mainly on the technical and digital media industry - for nearly 17 years.

She is a former Board of Directors member, and active current advisor, for Women in Games International, and currently sits on a number of internal Amazon committees. Noelle joined Amazon in 2010 to grow non-technical hiring across the globe for the Kindle and Device organizations, before moving on to managing a team of specialized sourcers in the Amazon Consumer organization.

Seeing a need to scale impactful programs to support the growing recruiter population, she transitioned into Program Management and currently manages program teams, builds new programs to enhance recruiter learning, designs and facilitates recruiter training, and consults on new recruiting tools for the global recruiter population.

Outside of work she takes the helm alongside her partner, Chris – a fellow long-time Amazonian - in local sailing regattas and race series, while also enjoying as much time on the water as her schedule will allow. She also enjoys precious time with her college-age son, Niko, and volunteers her time to a number of civic projects and community initiatives that address homelessness issues.
Nate Ollestad
Head of Recruiting at Spreetail
Nate is the Head of Recruiting at Spreetail, a hyper-growth ecommence company. He joins Spreetail from Duo Security, where he was responsible for leading a team to scale one of the fastest growing Security SaaS companies in the world! Prior to that he led a team of recruiters at Rackspace that built out the future practice areas of the company, including Fanatical Support for AWS, Rackspace Managed Security, Object Rocket, and the VMware Practice. In prior roles, he was a member of the Software Engineering recruitment team at Google, and held a leadership role at a Seattle-based technical recruitment firm.

Nate is a people-centric talent leader. He believes in blending “new school” approaches and technology with “old school” core recruiting fundamentals. Nate builds teams that leverage data and progressive approaches to understand activity, optimize output, and execute talent strategies that drive organizational goals. You can find him on Twitter.
