Ninh is also a SourceCon, ERE Media, and author, and has spoken on various subjects such as “Sourcing AI and the Future of Recruiting” and “Proactive Talent Pipelining” at UC Berkeley, Stanford, and global recruiting conferences. As Cal alumni, Ninh went on to Google before becoming the recruiting executive at HireTeamMate where he led all the business operations that placed hundreds in a year before helping found Hiretual.

Kevin Wheeler

Kevin Wheeler Founder and Chairman the Future of Talent Institute. Kevin started FOTI out of his passionate belief that organizations need a more powerful and thoughtful architecture for talent than they have. After a 25 year career in corporate America serving as the Senior Vice President for Staffing and Workforce Development at the Charles Schwab Corporation, the Vice President of Human Resources for Alphatec Electronics, Inc. in Thailand, and in a variety of human resources roles at National Semiconductor Corporation, Kevin has firsthand knowledge of the need for better strategies and approaches to finding, developing and retaining people.
Michael Doran

Recruiting leader, Partner @ Sourced LLC, OFA Fellow, husband, and a father of three children... determined to bring the concept of altruism back to the world.

Michael has worked as a recruiting operations leader and consultant for over 15 years with companies like Google, Dropbox, SensorTower, Nexmo, Nokia, and other startups in the SF Bay Area. He currently consults through his company Sourced with F500 and F1000 companies.

Praveen is the Director of Recruiting at Uber. He has worked with top notch companies serving them with his HR capabilities. His previous companies include Google, Adobe, Cisco Systems, Brocade Communications. He had worked with his own company called TWT Consulting. His HR experience includes the 9 years as a Recruiting Manager, Senior Staffing Manager, and Director at Global Talent. He has a vast skill set of Recruiting, Talent Acquisition, Sourcing, Executive search, CRM and much more.
Dinaaz Aga
Engineering Recruiting Manager at Airbnb
Dinaaz is Tech Recruitment Manager at Airbnb and has over 16 years of demonstrated experience in talent acquisition and human resources. Before Airbnb, Dinaaz managed the growth of the Cloud recruiting organization at Adobe. Prior to that she spent 10 years at Google in various roles as a HR business partner and recruiter for Product. Dinaaz has a passion for process improvement in different areas across technology recruiting with a focus on diversity and AI applications in the space.
